     Manufacturer - For example Allen Bradley, GE, Hoffman

     Part Number - Include the manufacturer part number. If your not sure which number is the part number,
          include all you see on the item or box.

     Condition - New In Box Sealed, New In Box, New Other, Used

          New In Box Sealed – Box is still sealed and never opened.

          New In Box – The item is new in the box but it may have been opened in the past. All original mounting
               parts, manuals, etc., are still included.

          New Other – The item is new, never mounted but does not have the original packaging
               (there can't be any scratches, or marks where it may have been mounted in the past.

          Used – It’s used if it cannot be included in the above descriptions.
